Rock and Fortress Construction Corporation was founded by two licensed civil engineers,
both graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from De La Salle University.
They both built their careers from one of the leading quadruple-A construction firms, then
was handpicked by a growing land developer company.
In 2017, they individually established their own construction companies, honing their craft
and leadership in the industry. By 2021, recognizing the strength of combining their skills,
experience, and expertise, they merged efforts to form Rock and Fortress Construction Corporation.
From the very beginning, their vision has been clear: to establish a construction company that
upholds the highest standards of quality and integrity, while remaining cost-efficient, innovative,
and adaptable to the evolving needs of clients.
Engr. Reginald serves as the company's main visionary, tasked with setting direction and ensuring its execution with focus and clarity. In the demanding field of construction, he dedicates himself to guiding the team toward growth, excellence, and resilience.
